ClientRunway is a SaaS platform that provides digital agencies with client approval workflow management tools, including project phase tracking, deliverable reviews, and client collaboration features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Some features of ClientRunway require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClientRunway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
